What You’ll Do:
- Connect with local households to understand their insurance needs and offer tailored solutions
- Consistently close one household per day
- Develop strong, long-lasting relationships based on trust and exceptional service
- Collaborate with a supportive team that values your growth and success
- Maintain accurate records and stay organized with our tools and systems
What We’re Looking For:
- A positive, can-do attitude and a genuine willingness to learn and grow
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and ready to take ownership of your success
- Prior sales experience is a bonus but not required — we value your attitude and drive most of all
- Ability to work in-office and engage with clients face-to-face

Compensation: $50,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
